Day Six: Magic Kingdom
Friday we went back to Magic Kingdom and hit the opening. Izzi had her headphones which really helped her enjoy the spectacle without having the loud noise bother her. We then headed for Adventureland, and as soon as Izzi saw Alladin she was off the stroller and at a run towards it. There was no line, and in fact they told us we could stay on for another go if we didn't want to exit after the first turn. Of course we ended up with wet bums because of it. Then we hit the Jungle Boat, again, no wait. I was thinking that would be a great ride to redo with a LOST theme, I mean you have the jungle, the crashed airplane, the temple, etc.
We then went on Pirates and again no line there. Mornings are awesome! As usual with those types of rides we get Izzi focused on the little things, like pointing out the chickens, dogs, pigs, etc. After that we jumped on the train over to Toon town.
The pass really came in handy when we went to see Tinkerbell. The toontown area doesn't open till 10am. We got there at 10:20 am and there was already a 90 minute wait for the Fairy Room! The guest assistance pass allowed us to wait on the benches near the exit. We waited for about 25 minutes and then a castmember came and got us and the other family waiting there as well. Right as we went to go in Izzi starts her gestures that indicate she has to go potty, and I didn't have her in a pull-up. The nearest restroom was way at the front of toon town area, so I asked her if she could wait. She did and we went in and met the first fairy. Izzi and Lexi posed easily with her.
Then we got to Tinkerbell. We sent Izzi up alone first because we wanted to get a photo of Tink and Izzi's beautiful sweater! (By the way Katrina if you are reading this...Tink loved the sweater!) So, Izzi gets a little shy and plops down a bit away from Tinkerbell. But does Tink get deterred? NO, she gets a high five and then coaxes Izzi into her lap, for an ultra-cute photo! The whole time Rick and I are thinking, "Please don't pee on her!".
After that I rushed Izzi to the potty and Rick and Lexi took a photo with the brunette fairy. (seen above).

We explored Tom Sawyer's Island and took a break to watch the Thunder Mountain Railroad swing by.
Friday Night Grandma, Grandpa and Kennedy came to visit! We met at Downtown Disney for dinner at Planet Hollywood.
As Rick and I were in the toy store putting together the box of potato head pieces for Izzi, Mom and Dad had taken the kids outside where a DJ was playing and giving instructions to the crowd on how to do line dances. Izzi joined the crowd and had a blast.
